Following the Medical Medium lifestyle is an adventure.
Like many adventures, your journey begins with you diving into the unknown, allowing your faith to carry you. You bask in the destination and along your path you come across treasures that feel magical, insights that are so precious that they'll stick with you for the rest of your life and new pieces of knowledge and experiences that open up your future in a way you never knew possible. The Medical Medium(MM) adventure specifically is one of those huge stepping stones in our lives that will forever be a highlight. However, as we might expect, it does require effort, tons of motivation, and a lot of commitment.
Within the MM adventure, we spend a lot of our time in the kitchen. Cooking is now a necessary skill that we must develop and use daily. For some people out there, cooking is easy, its life, its fun, and it's always been part of their day. But for a lot of us, this isn't quite the case.
Remember the comfort of quickly picking up foods from the market pre-made and ready-to-eat? It was an easier time back then with microwaves and toasters, pizza delivery, or fast food. Most of us were accustomed to a life where food seemed to rain down from the heavens and right into our mouths. However, the impacts of these convenient foods were detrimental to our health, which is why so many of us have made the life-changing decision to put up an umbrella to block them out. Our convenient foods had to change and were replaced with apples, oranges, bananas, and cucumbers. However accessible and delicious these fresh foods are, they don't always replace some of our favorite comfort foods.
Hence there is a list below of the items that we here at Fully Alive Again find suitable, completely MM compliant, and do not contain any of those problematic ingredients like citric acid, nutritional yeast, guar gum, sugars, or vinegar. These are foods that you can pick up from the grocery store to make mealtime a little easier on those days when your running faster than usual, have more on your plate, or for the days that you are doing nothing and it feels good to continue to do nothing!
**We would love for this list to grow! If you have any items that you specifically use and love that you don't see on this list, send them our way, and after quick confirmation, we can add those in!
